Meet the Owners

Piedmont Plumbing Group is comprised of two partners: Bert Flinchum and Kent Scarborough.

Bert Flinchum formed Piedmont Plumbing Group's parent company, B&F Plumbing,  approximately 25 years ago. Since then, he has worked exclusively in the plumbing industry and has built a phenomenal reputation and extensive client base in the area.

Kent Scarborough has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and over 8 years experience in the residential, commerical and municipal construction industries.
